About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Studio Director to lead operations In our YogaSix   studios. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and has a strong background in team leadership, fitness or service sales, and customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day studio operations, hitting sales goals, supporting and developing staff, and being the face of the brand in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead a high-performing studio team

  • Drive membership, retail, and program sales to hit monthly targets

  • Oversee marketing efforts and social media campaigns

  • Build partnerships and attend local events to promote the brand

  • Ensure top-tier customer service and member satisfaction

  • Manage staff schedules and studio operations

  • Track studio performance through reporting and sales analysis

  • Support front desk and studio functions when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in fitness, retail, or service management

  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Team player who thrives in a community-focused culture

  • CPR certified (or willing to get certified)

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with studio management software

  • Calm under pressure and committed to excellent service

Schedule: Full-time, some weekends and evenings may be required
Pay: $68,000- $80,000 + performance-based bonuses
Location: LaQuinta and Palm Desert
