Position Summary
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Studio Advisor to support the General Manager with daily operations, membership growth, and customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a wellness-focused environment, loves helping people, and is excited about fitness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Engage with potential members to understand goals and match them with the right services

  • Execute lead follow-up, studio tours, and membership sign-ups

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and studio KPIs

  • Assist customers with class selections, membership inquiries, and retail purchases

  • Represent the studio at community events and promotions

Studio Operations

  • Greet members and create a welcoming, positive environment

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the studio during all shifts

  • Follow cleaning procedures and operational checklists as directed by management

Member Retention & Support

  • Handle member inquiries and concerns in person, via phone, and email

  • Deliver excellent service and build lasting relationships with students

  • Ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for every member

Team Support

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and team to meet studio goals

  • Attend team trainings and staff meetings to continuously improve skills

  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (fitness industry a plus)

  • Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software

  • Friendly, reliable, and highly organized

  • Professional communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties (mopping, dusting, etc.)

  • May occasionally lift up to 30 lbs

  • Must be able to hear and communicate clearly in person and over the phone

Compensation & Perks

  • $16.50–$20.00/hour based on experience

  • Commission on memberships and retail sales

  • 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
